The Educational Benefit Certification form is available through DocRoute. 你必须 login using your single-sign-on credentials, go to 人力资源 (left side menu), then click on Educational Benefit. To initiate a new form click on Add New Request.  The form will require the student's Jag Number as well as your supervisor's email address. 

The Educational Benefit Certification form for 子公司 和 大学的退休人员 is available below 和 must be submitted to 人力资源.
